摘　　要：目的探讨端粒酶基因与胃癌及癌前病变恶性转化的关系及其作用。方法应用原位杂交方法检测端粒酶基因hTRT在121例不同病变胃黏膜组织的表达。结果在慢性浅表性胃炎(CSG),慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG),胃息肉(GP),残胃(GR),胃溃疡(GU)和胃癌(GC)中端粒酶hTRT的阳性表达率分别为0%,25.00%,0%,7.14%、13.64%和82.14%。结论端粒酶基因hTRT的表达与胃癌前病变的恶性转化密切相关,其重新激活可能在胃癌的发生中起关键作用。Objective To investigate the relationship of hTRT genes in gastric cancer and precancerous lesions. Methods Telomerase genes hTRT in 121samples followed by various lesions of gastric mucosa were detected by in situ hybridization. Results The posi five expression rate of telomerase genes hTRT detected in chronic superficial gastritis（CSG） ,chronic atrophic gastris（CAG） ,gastric polyp （GP） ,gastric remmant （ GR）, gastric ulcer（ GU）, and gastric cancer（GC） was 0% ,25.00% ,0% ,7.14%, 13.64% ,82.14% respectively. Condusioms Telomerase genes hTRT expression is closely related to the malignant transformation of gastric precancerous lesion. The reactivated telomerase may play a crucial role in the development of gastric cancer.
