胃肠道间质肿瘤的诊治分析

摘　　要：目的探讨胃肠道间质瘤的诊断和治疗.方法回顾分析自2000～2005年收治的CIST患者的病历资料.结果本组20例GIST患者,均行手术治疗,术后均经病理学检查明确诊断.结论 GIST术前诊断困难,手术切除是治疗GIST的主要手段.Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors （GISTs） . Methods The medical data on the 20 cases with GISTs treated in our hospital from 2000 to 2005 were carefully analyzed retrospectively. Results All the cases had surgical operations, the results were correlated with the intraoperative and histopathologic findings. Conclusion The diagnosis of GISTs was often difficult to make before operation, and a surgical operation was the main method to manage GISTs.
