摘　　要：本文将导致中国地区间经济发展差距的根本原因归结为地理与带有地区倾向性的政策两大因素,并且认为顺市场的工业集聚和逆市场的市场分割是影响区域经济发展的两种力量。政府应该在正视不同地区的地理条件差异的前提下,采取倾向于内地的政策,将地区差距控制在保证经济可持续发展的合理范围之内。The authors of this paper believe that the basic causes influencing the economic development in different regions of China are the geographical factors and the local policies, and the industrial grouping following the market needs and the division of the market hindering the market development are the two forces influencing the regional economic development in China. The government should take the different geographical factors into consideration and provide favorable policies to the interior of China in order to control their differences within a reasonable scope for a sustainable economic development.
