摘　　要：建立了软科学研究成果评价的指标体系,利用模糊数学方法构建了成果评价的Fuzzy统计模型,将成果的定性评价转化为定量评价,将专家经验与数学模型结合起来确定各指标的权重,并编出模型的计算机程序和软件,实现了评价的计算机操作.On the basis of the index system in the evaluation of soft science achievements, the tuzzy value statistic model of evaluation on achievements using the fuzzy mathematical methods set up. The qualitative evaluation is converted to quantitative evaluation for the achievement. And the weight number of indexes by combining the expert＇ s experience with mathematical model is determined. Finally, the computer pro.grams and software of the model are written, and the computer operation of the evaluation is realized.
