急性脑血管病患者血浆内皮素1的初步研究

摘　　要：应用放射免疫分析法（ＲＩＡ）对３５例正常人、３２例急性脑梗塞和１７例脑出血患者血浆内皮素１（ＥＴＩ）含量进行测定。结果显示：急性期脑梗塞和脑出血患者血浆ＥＴＩ含量显著增高，并与神经系统功能障碍的严重程度相一致，恢复期有下降趋势。Ｅ－ｌ可能参与急性脑血管病（ＡＣＶＤ）的病理生理过程。he levels of plasma Endothelin-l (ET-1)were assayed by radioimmunoassay(RIA)in pa- tients with acute cerebral infarction(n = 32),cerebral hemorrhage (n = 17)and normal controls (n=35). In acute stage,the levels of plasmaET-l were increased in acute cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage as compared with controls。 The levels of plasma ET-1 had a tendency to increase with several neurologic dificites。 In recovery stage,the levels of plasma ET-1 had a tendency to decrease in comparision with acute stage. The results suggests that ET-1 may be involved in the pathophysiologic process of acute cerebrovascular diseases。
