摘　　要：文章论述了作为传统行业的纺织企业必须对自己重新评价和定位,并利用网络信息技术进行结构调整、管理模式和经营模式的变革,才能适应知识经济的发展。The paper expounded that Chinese textile enterprise, engaged in traditional technology business, have to revalue and reshape themselves, adjust organization structure and reform administration and management pattern by the use of network information techniques to adapt to the development of knowledge economy.
