摘　　要：目的了解计算机操作人员的不良健康行为现状及干预效果。方法设计基线调查表,对83位经常操作计算机的人员进行基线调查,汇总和分析基线调查表内容,将其随机分为干预组和对照组,对40位操作人员进行针对性干预,收集资料作统计学处理。结果干预组与对照组慢性病症状改善情况差异有显著性意义;干预组与对照组身体不适感改善情况比较差异有显著性意义。结论计算机操作中长时间不良健康行为容易引起一些慢性疾病或症状的发生,设计并实施针对性干预措施,对改善其健康状况具有一定效果。Objective To unclerstancl the actuahty and intervention effects on the poor healthy behavior o｜ the computer operators. Methods A basic questionnaire was designed, by which 83 computer operators were investigated. The content of the questionnaire was summarized and analyzed, then divided into intervention group and control group randomly. 40 objects were intervened pointedly and the data was collected as a statistics process of the intervention group. Results The improved status of the chronic symptom shows that there is distinct significance between the intervention group and control group. The improved status of the feeling of bodily discomfort also shows the meaning of distinct significance. Conclusion The poor healthy behavior of computer operating for a long time causes easily occurrence of some chronics or symptoms. So designing and enforcing the pointed intervention measure will have a certain effect on improving the health situation.
