摘  要:本文应用气溶胶转鼓设备,观察了大肠杆菌基因工程株(MM3)和标准株8099在空气中的稳定性。实验结果表明,在温度20℃,相对湿度(RH)60%的条件下,气溶胶储存60min,MM3和8099的平均存活率比值为0.4:1,t检验,差别高度显著(P<0.01)。用含有氯霉素的LB琼脂测定MM3在空气中质粒的丢失数量,未发现质粒丢失。无论在日光总辐射、散射,还是黑暗环境,土壤中的工程株都比标准株衰亡快。n this study, we use rotating drum to study aerosol stability of the genetically charged Escherichia Coli (E. coli MM3) and the standard Escher一chia Coli (E,Coli 8099)used as control. The resuIts indicated that at the air temperture of 20C and relative humidity of 60%, the ratios of theavera ge survival percent between the E, Coli MM3 and tlie 8099 Was 0.4:1· There was signifcant difference in the ratios (P<0.0l pi1ired t test) andno loss of the plasn1id of the E。 Coli MM3 was detected in the air by using LB medium which contained chloromycetin。 The resistance of the staiidard strain 8099 was higher than that of geiietic engineering strail1 MM3 in na,tural soiI no matter whether they、were in the indirect rildiation or scattered radiation or dark environment。
