经颈及经口入路咽旁间隙肿瘤摘除9例

摘　　要：目的探讨咽旁间隙肿瘤的手术方法及入路的选择。方法总结1993-2003年收治的9例患者的资料,应用经颈入路切除7例,经口入路切除2例。结果9例患者的咽旁间隙肿瘤均获顺利切除,其中神经鞘瘤3例,神经纤维瘤1例,颈静脉球体瘤1例,腮裂囊肿2例,多形体腺瘤1例,低度恶性的软骨内瘤1例。结论经颈入路是切除咽旁间隙肿瘤安全有效的入路,少部分病例可选择经口入路。Objective To evaIuate the surgicaI treatment and the choice of approach for the extirpation of parapharyngeal space neoplasms. Methods Nine cases of parapharyngeal space neoplasms were reported. The surgical procedures were cervical approach in seven cases and oral approach in two cases. Results The overall tumor were extirpated, there were three cases of neurilemmoma, one case of neurofibroma, one case of glonms jugular tumor, two case of branchial cyst, one case of pleomorphic adenoma, one case of chondrosarcoma. Conclusion It is considered that cervical approach is safe and efficacious for extirpation of parapharyngeal space neoplasms, while oral approach is effective for minority.
