CT诊断乳腺癌临床价值的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺癌的CT表现及临床应用价值。方法:41例乳腺癌病人行仰卧位平扫及增强扫描,小病灶行单侧局部放大扫描,其中40例经病理证实,另1例经临床随访证实。结果:乳腺癌的主要CT特征为:①肿块边缘不规整,有分叶和毛刺;②强化后CT值平均升高45Hu以上,无包膜;③肿块内有沙砾状钙化;④腋窝淋巴结境界欠光整,可有融合,呈“串珠状”改变;⑤肿块侵犯胸壁等。结论:CT是鉴别乳腺良恶性肿块的一种重要方法,并能发现临床扪诊阴性的乳腺病变,为乳腺癌术前分期及手术方式选择提供重要依据。Objective： To evaluate the manifestations and Clinical Applicable value of CT examination in breast cancer. Method： 41 patients with breast tumors were checked up by plain scan and contrast scan of CT in supine position. The minor lesions were seaned and magnified muilateraily and locally . of the 41 eases ,40 cases were proved by pathologyand 1 case by follow - up . Results： The main feature of CT images in breast cancer are as follows： ①a lobulation mass displayed with irregular margin and stellate contour; ②on enhancement scan ,ten CT values increase 45 Hu or more on the average more than that of plain scan ;③acalcific like sandmass displayed with no entire integument ;④axillary lymph nodes displayed with irregular margin and fusion like a string of beads; ⑤a mass infiltrcting the wall of chest and so on. nign masses with entire integument were displayed with smooth margin and they may be lobulated. Conclusion： CT examination is an important method in differential diagnosis of breast lumps. The lesions proved negative by palpating in the opposite breast may be detected. CT examination will provide the important evidences that may help decide breast cancer staying and elect the modes of operation.
