直丝弓矫治器对牙根轴倾斜度的影响

摘　　要：目的评价直丝弓托槽预成角度对牙根轴倾角度的影响。方法收集正常牙合40例,作为对照组。国产美式直丝弓矫治技术治疗完成的病例40例,作为实验组。拍摄曲面断层片并测量每个牙根近远中倾斜角度,比较试验组、对照组牙根近远中倾斜角度。结果实验组上颌尖牙牙根呈现明显的远中倾斜(P<0.05)。结论国产美式直丝弓矫治器加深上颌尖牙的远中倾斜。To evaluate the effect of straight wire appliances on presetting angles on crown angulations. Methods 40 outpatients with normal occlusion as control group were collected. Another 40 outpatients treated with home-made American type straight wire appliances were collected as test group. The tooth roots＇ crown angulations of the test group were compared with those of the control group on panoramic radiographs. Results The crown angulations of canine of the test group had a significant distal inclination. Conclusion Home-made American type straight wire appliances will aggravate the distal inclination of the upper canines.
