摘　　要：目的:研究当归配方颗粒中阿魏酸的含量测定方法.方法:采用高效液相色谱法.结果:该方法的线性范围为(0.0051～0.0255)mg/ml(r=0.9997),平均回收率为97.36%,样品平均含量0.545mg/g.结论:本方法简便、准确、可靠,灵敏度高,重现性好,可用于当归配方颗粒的成分含量测定.Objective： To study the method of determination of asafetida acid in DangguiPeifang granules. Method.. HPLC was used in the test. Result ： the linearity range was 0. 0051 - 0. 0255mg/ml （ r = 0.9997 ）, average recovery was 97.36%, the average content of samples was 0.545mg/g. Conclusion： the method is simple, accurate, reliable, high sensitive, can be used to determine the components in DangguiPeifang granules.
