摘　　要：上皮钙黏附素(E-cadherin)介导同型细胞之间的黏附,在胚胎发育过程及维持组织完整性中起重要作用,并被认为是一种肿瘤抑制分子。E-cadherin表达异常及功能障碍可促进上皮性肿瘤的侵袭与转移,同时与连环素(catenin)也有着一定的相关性。E - cadherin induces the adherence of the same type of cells, which is an important part in the development of the embryo and the maintenance of integrality of tissues. E - cadherin is considered as a tumor suppressor molecule. The abnormal expression and malfunction of E - cadherin could accelerate the infiltration and metastasis of epithelial tumors. It also has the relationship with catenin.
