弱视眼VEP异常发生率的研究

摘　　要：[目的] 研究不同视力、年龄及屈光状态的视觉诱发电位的异常发生率.[方法] 使用丹麦产Evomatic诱发电位测定仪记录并比较获得数据. [结果] 弱视眼VEP P 100波异常发生率与弱视程度相关,组间差异具有非常显著性.远视性与近视性弱视差异具有非常显著性.>13岁年龄组与4～8岁组差异具有显著性.弱视眼N波的波幅变化明显,视力不同组间差异明显(P<0.01).[结论] 随视力的低下,P 100波异常发生率高;远视性弱视P 100波异常发生率低于近视性弱视,示近视性弱视的视功能损害较重;年龄愈大VEP异常发生率愈高、视功能损害愈重.[Objective] To investigate the abnormal rate in patients with different visual acuity, age and refractive state by visual evoked potential （VEP） examination. [ Methods] The Evomatic visual evoked potential instrument （Made in Denmark） was used in this experience and the data were compared statistically. [ Results] The P100 were positive correlation with the amblyopic extent and the difference were significant. The difference between hyperopic amblyopia and myopic amblyopia were significant. The difference between age group （ 〉 13years old） and age group （4 - 8 years old） were significant. The amplitude of N - wave in amblyopia changed significantly, especially in groups with different visual acuity. [ Conclusion] The abnormal rate of P100 increased with the visual acuity decreased. The abnormal rate of P100 in hyperopic amblyopia group were lower than the myopic amblyopia group, which suggests a significant injury of visual function occurred in the myopic amblyopia. With the increasing of the age, the abnormal rates ofwere heavier.VEP were higher and the injuries of the visual function were heavier.
