摘 要:目的明确计算机辅助数码照相技术对婴幼儿进行视力筛查的可行性和可靠性。方法使用计算机辅助数码照相装置对159例2~4岁的儿童进行视力筛查,使用计算机图像处理系统分析图片得出结果,与临床检查和阿托品眼膏散瞳验光结果对比,并以标准分析法进行评估。结果计算机辅助数码照相装置对婴幼儿弱视相关因素的筛查的灵敏度为94.62%,特异度为86.36%。结论计算机辅助数码照相技术可为早期发现婴幼儿的视力障碍提供一种有效、快速、经济的眼病筛查方法,有利于进行大规模的儿童视力筛查。Objective To evaluate the feasibility and reliability of the computer-aided photography in the vision screening of infants. Methods The 159 infants aged 2-4 years old were screened with the computer-aided photography.The obtained results were compared with clinical examination and retinoscopy by 1% atropine ointment. Results The computer-aided photography revealed a sensitivity of 94.62% and specificity of 86,36% for the detection of amblyopiogenic risk factors.Conclusions This computer-aided photography has a high sensitivity and specificity for infants in the detection of amblyopiogenic factors. It is a effective, quick, economic method for early diagnosis of infants eye diseases, It can find out infants eye diseases and refractive errors. This technique is in favor of a mass vision screening for infants.
