植物高活性制剂对文心兰组培芽增殖的影响

摘　　要：应用不同浓度的植物高活性制剂对文心兰不定芽增殖进行实验研究,结果表明:(1)1mg/L、2 mg/L、5 mg/L、10 mg/L、20mg/L高活性成分单纯制剂、5mg/L+生长素、CK1、CK2(6-BA+生长素)的不定芽增殖倍数分别是3.3、4.1、4.3、3.4、2.3、7.6、1.3、3.1倍,最佳浓度为5 mg/L,表明植物高活性制剂能促进文心兰不定芽增殖;(2)不同浓度制剂对文心兰幼苗外植体的不定芽增殖倍数相差不大,在5倍左右,加入生长素后增殖倍数大大提高;中芽外植体的不定芽增殖倍数在2～4倍,最佳浓度为5mg/L,小芽外植体在低浓度的制剂下不定芽增殖效果较好,幼苗外植体的不定芽增殖能力最强;(3)植物高活性单纯制剂+生长素对不定芽增殖的促进效应显著加强.The plant high active agent ,which is prepared by Zhanjiang Normal College, is applied to adventitious buds proliferation in tissue culture of oncidium. The results show： （ I ） By only using the plant high active agent I mg/L,2 mg/L,5 mg/L, I0 mg/L,20 mg/L,the plant high active agent 5mg/L added auxin, active agent （CK1）,6- BA added auxin（CK2 ）, the proliferation multiples of adventitious buds are 3.3,4.1,4.3,3.4,2.3,7.6, 1.3,3.1, the effect of 5mg/L active agent is the best. The result shows that the active agent can accelerate adventitious buds proliferation of oncidium. （2） By using the seedling of oncidium as explant, the proliferation multiples of adventitious buds in the different concentration of active agent are about 5, with no dovions differenes, but they are raised obviously when the plant high active agent is added with auxin. By using the middle buds of oncidium as explant , the proliferation multiples are from 2 to 4, and the effect of plant high active agent at 5mg/L is the best. By using the little oncidium as explant, the better effect of the proliferation multiples of adventitious buds is at the low concentration of the plant active agent. The best explant is seedling. （3）The effect of adventitious buds proliferatian of oncidium is raised obviously when the active agent is added with auxin.
