摘　　要：文章介绍了智能化建筑的定义和智能化建筑发展的背景,在介绍境外智能化建筑发展趋势的同时,也指出了我国智能化建筑的现状及存在的误区;提出了在房地产开发、建设和管理全过程中要贯彻“以人为本”的思想理念,并阐述了对“以人为本”的智能化住宅小区的一些认识。The article presents an introduction of the definition and development background of intelligent building and the development trend of foreign intelligent construction; and points out the status quo and existing mistaken ideas in China＇s intelligent construction. Meanwhile, the article holds that the “human-based” concept should be implemented in the whole process of real estate development, construction and management. The article also elaborates some understanding of the “human-based” intelligent residential quarters.
