摘　　要：利用改造了的铲齿车床来加工等距型面插刀,并用PMM866三坐标测量仪对插刀进行了测量,运用数学分析工具,对其误差进行了分析。The slotting tool of the isometric profile cylinder has been machined with remodeled the relieving lathe. It has been inspected and surveyed with the PMM866 threedimensional rectangular coordi- nates survey instrument, the errors have been analyzed by the analysis method of the numerical value.
