离异家庭青少年社交状况及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的探讨离异家庭青少年社交状况及其影响因素,为开展青少年心理卫生干预提供依据。方法对126例离异家庭青少年进行社交焦虑回避苦恼量表(SAD)、精神卫生评定量表(SCL-90)、艾森克人格特征问卷(EPQ)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)等调查,与常模进行比较,并作多因素相关和逐步回归分析。结果研究对象的社交问题总分、社交焦虑和回避得分均高于国内正常人组(P<0.05或0.01)。在28个总条目中,11个以上条目阳性率为53%;SCL-90总分及焦虑、强迫、敌意得分明显高于常模(P<0.01)。社交状况与SCL-90总分及多数因子分、人格特征各因子分呈显著正相关(P<0.05或0.01),与社会支持、父亲学历、家庭经济状况呈显著负相关(P<0.05或0.01)。对社交问题有显著贡献的因素为人格特征中的内倾性分E,SCL-90中偏执得分和父亲学历。结论离异家庭青少年的社交障碍发生率较高,主要影响因素为内向性人格、心理卫生状况和父亲学历。Objective To explore social,ial intercourse and its influencing factors of teenagers in divorced family, and to provide basis for mental health improvement, Methods A sample of 126 teenagers from divorced family was tested with SAD, SCL-90, EPQ and PSSS. Data were compared with normal and analyzed with the method of stepwise regression analysis. Results The score of social intercourse, social anxiety and avoidance were higher than national normal （ P〈0.05 or 0.01 ）. The rate was 53.0% for the students whose positive items were more than 11. The total score of SCL-90, score of anxiety, obsession and hostility were significantly higher than normal （ P〈0.01 ）. Social intercourse positively correlated with total score of SCL-90, scores of most factors and each score of personality （ P〈0.05 or 0.01 ）, but negatively with social support, fathers＇ educational background and family economics（ P〈0.05 or 0.01 ）. The contributive factors to social intereourse problems were EPQ-E, paranoid and fathers＇ educational background. Conclusion High incidence of social intercourse disorders is found in divorced family teenagers. The main influencing factors are introversion, paranoid and fathers＇ educational background.
