摘  要:目的:通过系统式团体辅导改善1例嫌弃儿同伴关系的案例,分析形成该学生心理问题的原因,探讨将系统式家庭治疗的思想和技术移植到学校情景时,它在改善嫌弃儿同伴关系状况的可行性和有效性,为人际关系辅导尝试新的途径。方法:采用心理测量法、观察法、自我报告法、团体辅导对嫌弃儿进行干预。结果:通过系统式团体辅导,嫌弃儿的同伴关系得到明显改善,课堂内外表现改观,自我评价提高。结论:嫌弃儿的同伴关系不良受其父母关系、家庭教育、学习基础、交往风格的影响。辅导中借鉴了系统式的思想和操作技术,改善了研究对象的同伴关系,证明了系统式家庭治疗的思想和技术移植到学校情景的可行性和有效性。AIM: Based on the case study of systematic group guidance improving the relationship between a disliked and avoided child and his companions, to analyze the causes of mental problems in this child, and probe into the feasibility and effectiveness of idea and technique of systematic family therapy used in school situation in improving the relationship of this child with his companions so as to try a new approach to interpersonal relationship guidance. METHODS: The disliked and avoided child was intervened with psychological measurement, observation, self-reporting and group guidance. RESULTS: By group guidance, the disliked and avoided child was obviously improved in his relationship with companions, the performance in or out of class, and his self-judgment. CONCLUSION: The relationship between disliked and avoided child and his companions was influenced by parental relationship, home education, learning basis and communication style. The studying subject's relationship was improved based on systematic idea and manipulation techniques in his guidance, proving that the idea and techniques of systematic family therapy were feasible and effective when it was adopted to school situation.
