摘　　要：目的:探讨积极情绪的功能及在压力应对中的作用。资料来源:应用计算机检索EBSCO1990-01/2005-02和ProQuest1990-01/2005-02与积极情绪和应对相关文章,检索词为“Positivee-motion,coping”,并限定文章的语言种类为英文。同时计算机检索万方数据库2000-01/2004-12期间的相关文章,检索词为“情绪,应对”,限定文章的语言种类为中文。资料选择:对资料进行初选,选取最近8年与积极情绪和应对相关的文章,筛除观点陈旧和观点重复及综述类的文章。资料提炼:共收集31篇文章,筛除17篇,剩余14篇符合选择标准。资料综合:对14篇文献进行分析综合,提出了压力情境下与积极情绪相关的3种应对策略,即积极重评、问题应对和积极事件的建立。并指出未来研究应该思考的若干问题,比如积极情绪的多样性的探讨、应对问卷的设计取向及应对研究方法的整合等。结论:积极情绪使个体有更大的创造性、更有效地认知和作出决策、得到更多的社会支持并提供心理能量,使人在压力背景下远离困扰。OBJECTIVE：To probe into the function of positive emotion,and its role in the coping process of stress. DATA SOURCES：An computer-based online search in EBSCO and ProQuest was undertaken to identify articles about positive emotion and coping published in English from January 1990 to February 2005 by using the keywords of “positive emotion,coping”. Meanwhile,Chinese relevant articles were also searched in Wanfang database published between January 2000 and December 2004 by using the keywords of “emotion, coping”. STUDY SELECTION：All articles retrieved were first evaluated according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Those related to positive emotion and coping in the latest eight years were selected. The repetitive researches and those with old viewpoint and reviews were excluded. DATA EXTRACTION：A total of 31 articles were collected, and 17 were excluded, 14 were in accordance with the inclusive criteria. DATA SYNTHESIS：The 14 articles were analyzed carefully.Three coping styles of stress that are associated with positive emotion during stress were summarized,and the new research questions for further research were proposed. CONCLUSION：Positive emotion plays an important role during coping process.
