缺氧诱导因子-1α与血管内皮生长因子在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨非小细胞肺癌中缺氧诱导因子-1α(hypoxia-induciblefactor1alpha,HIF-1α)的表达及其与血管内皮生长因子(vascularendothelialgrowthfactor,VEGF)的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测非小细胞肺癌组织中HIF-1α和VEGF的表达。结果68例非小细胞肺癌组织中HIF-1α和VEGF的表达的阳性率分别为62%和69.1%,20例正常肺组织HIF-1α不表达,VEGF阳性仅2例。HIF-1α和VEGF的表达结果显示:(1)与性别、年龄、病理类型、肿瘤大小无显著性差异(P>0.05);(2)与分化程度、淋巴结转移、临床分期有显著性差异(P<0.01);(3)HIF-1α和VEGF的表达呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论HIF-1α和VEGF联合检测对于肺癌的预后及治疗有一定的指导作用。Objective We examined the expression of HIF-1α gene and its relationship with VEGF protein in non-small lung cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical was used to examine the expression of HIF-1α and VEGF in 68 NSCLC tissue section. Results Positive HIF-1α and VEGF expression was noted 62% and 69. 1% in 68 NSCLC tissue section respectively. In 20 cases of non-malignant tissue sections, HIF-1α expression was not detected and VEGF expression was only in 2 cases. The result showed： （ 1 ） there was no significant difference among age, sex, histopathological type, tumor size（P〉0.05）. （2）Tumor differentiation, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage correlated with the expression of HIF-1α and VEGF（P〈0. 01）. （3） HIF-1α level positively correlated with VEGF level（P〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion The detection of VEGF and HIF-1α play an important role in prognosis and treatment of NSCLC.
