摘 要:目的研究血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和微血管密度(MVD)与子宫颈癌的关系。方法本研究采用S-P免疫组化学法,检测子宫颈癌中VEGF的表达情况和微血管密度。利用Ⅷ因子相关抗原标记血管内皮细胞,检测宫颈癌中微血管的表达。结果VEGF在正常宫颈组织中无表达,在子宫颈癌中表达增高,差异显著(P<0.05);且在子宫颈癌中VEGF的阳性表达率及表达强度随细胞组织学分级增高而增高,低分化组高于高分化组;临床分期Ⅲ、Ⅳ期组的VEGF表达较Ⅰ、Ⅱ期组有更高趋势,但无显著差异(0.05<P<0.10);MVD、VEGF在子宫颈癌中的表达与组织类型无关。结论VEGF与子宫颈癌的发展有关,且与子宫颈癌的恶性程度相关,提示VEGF参与了子宫颈癌的血管形成,为抗肿瘤血管形成的治疗策略提供了理论依据。Objective To study the relationship between VEGF, MVD and cervix cancer. Methods VEGF expression and MVD in cervix cancer was detected by means of immunohistochemical S-P assay. Use Ⅷ factor-related antigen to signed VEC and detected the expression of capillary vessel in cervix cancer. Results VEGF expression was not found in normal cervix tissues, but increased significantly in cervix cancer( P 〈 0.05) ; The positive rate and intensity of VEGF expression escalated with histopathologyical grade, in which poor differentiated was higher than well differentiated. VEGF expression in clinical stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ showed a climbing tendency compared with in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ , but no significant differences were observed(0.05 〈 P 〈 0.10) ; MVD and VEGF expression was not related to histopathologyical types, Conclusion VEGF is associated with the progression and malignant degrees of cervix cancer, which indicated that VEGF was involved in the formation of cervix cancer vessel, thus provide the fotmclation of antagonizing the formation of tumor vessel.
