摘　　要：本文概括总结了我们赴西路考察的六所院校在学生教育管理、招生就业等方面的经验和特点,并结合本院工作实际,提出了几点建设性的意见,力求对学院的学生教育管理和就业工作有所借鉴。This paper generalizes the experience and characteristics in the education and management of students and recruiting and employment of the six colleges that Ⅰ visited and assessed. Meanwhile, it puts forward some constructive suggestions according to the working reality of our college in the hope to advance the reform of our college＇s high vocational and technical education and strengthen the training and managing of students and give some references to improve our students＇ employment.
