低能量氦—氖激光局部照射治疗褥疮的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的寻找一种简便、安全、有效、快速治疗褥疮的方法。方法选择2004年住院的褥疮患者30例使用碘伏治疗褥疮作为对照组,选择2005年住院的褥疮患者30例使用低能量氦-氖激光局部照射治疗褥疮作为观察组。结果2组治疗时间、效果差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论低能量氦-氖激光直接局部照射治疗褥疮,作用直接、迅速,效果明显,且操作简便,无创伤,是治疗褥疮可行的方法。Objective To find out a simple, safe, effective and quick method for healing bedsore. Methods It is chosen as observation group that 30 bedsore sufferers were cured the affected parts by iodophors while in hospital last year. It is chosen as healing group that 30 bedsore sufferers were cured the affected parts by low energy He-Ne laser to local irradiation the affected parts while in hospital this year. Results There is a significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） in the recovery and effect between the two groups. Conclusion It is a feasible method to heal bedsore by low energy He- Ne laser to direct and local irradiation the affected parts, which is specific, quick and direct but also simple and woundless.
