乾坤胶囊结合高能聚焦超声对原发性肝癌患者生存质量的影响

摘　　要：胞病理学证实的原发性肝癌患者,随机分为治疗组30例,对照组30例,空白组30例。从临床症状、血象、生活状态(Karnofsky评分标准)、生存期、甲胎蛋白(AFP)的含量变化等方面进行了前瞻性对比治疗研究。结果:治疗组、对照组、空白组的总有效率分别为96.67%、86.67%、60%,三年生存率依次为69.85%、45.18%、35.81%,经统计分析,治疗组、对照组与空白组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01及P<0.05)。显示乾坤胶囊对肝癌患者能明显改善症状、有效地提高生存质量、降低AFP的含量、延长生存期。结论:乾坤胶囊治疗肝癌疗效确切,无不良反应。可作为高能聚焦超声治疗的辅助药物,以利于提高患者的免疫力、延长生存期、提高生活质量。Objective：To evaluate the effect of Qiankun capsule combined with high- intensity focused ultrasound on the quality- of - life of patients with primary liver cancer. Methods ： 90 patients with primary liver cancer identified by cytopathology were randomly divided into three groups, 30 cases in treatment group, 30 cases in control group and 30 cases in blank group. The patient＇ s clinical symptoms, blood image, life state（ Karnofsky score standard）, survival time and content of AFP were retrospectively analyzed. Results：The total effective rate in treatment group, control group and blank group were 96,67 %, 86.67 % and 60 % respectively, and 3 - year survival rates were 69.85 %, 45.18 % and 35.81 respectively, There were significant differences between treatment group and blank group, and between control group and blank group（P〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05）. Qiankun capsule could improve the symptoms of patients, enhance survival quality, decrease content of AFP and prolong patient＇s survival time. Conclusion ： Qiankun capsule is effective in treating primary liver cancer, without adverse reaction, which can used as a supplementary drug for high - intensity focused ultrasound therapy, which can enhance patient＇ s immunological function, prolong survival time and enhance quality - of - life.
