不同采集时间壮药土垅大白蚁菌圃氨基酸成分的分析

摘　　要：目的 评价同一地点不同采集时间土垅大白蚁菌圃药材的质量。方法 采用日立L-8800型全自动氨 基酸分析仪,测定6个不同采集时间土垅大白蚁菌圃总氨基酸和游离氨基酸的含量。结果 6个样品均含有17-18 种总氨基酸、16-17种游离氨基酸,其中总氨基酸或游离氨基酸总量在7．51％-8．52％或238．0-588．1 mg／100 g。 结论 同一地点不同采集时间的土垅大白蚁菌圃均含有丰富的氨基酸,且其总氨基酸含量差异变化不大,但游离氨 基酸的含量除8月份采集的较高外,各样品含量变化也不大。Objective To evaluate quality of Nidus Macrotermis. Method The content of total and free amino acid of Nidus Macrotermis from six different collect time was determined by HITACHI L-8800 HIGH SPEED AMINO ACID ANALYZER. Result In each of six samples there were seventeen to eighteen kinds of total amino acid, sixteen to seventeen kinds of free amino acid. Total amino acid was 7.51%～8.52%, and free amino acid was 238.0～588.1 mg/100 g. Conclusion There were rich amino acid in Nidus Macrotermis from different collect time. Total amino acid from different collect time was similar, free amino acid was the highest in August, and there were less difference in other time.
