摘　　要：Visual Basic for Application(VBA)为POWERPOINT内置的控制语言.本文通过一简单例子,详细说明如何利用POWERPOINT中的VBA实现自动向演示文稿中插入大量图片并改变其显示格式的方法,并附相关程序代码.此方法具有速度快、不易出错、便于批量修改且重复性好等优点,可极大地提高编辑演示文稿的效率,摆脱大量枯燥乏味的重复工作,有利于提高演示文稿的制作质量和水平,更好地为教学和科研工作服务.Visual Basic for Application （VBA） is the internal control language of Microsoft Powerpoint. In this paper, we demonstrated the use of VBA to automatically inert immense external pictures into a Powerpoint file and display them in a required style through a simple example. The codes were provided, too. Compared to manual editing, using VBA of Powerpoint has many advantages, including fast speed, fewer mistakes, easy batch editing, and good replicability. This makes it possible to save lots of repetitive and boring work and increase editing efficiency. Therefore, the user can have more time and energy to design and make better Powerpoint works for teaching and research.
