摘　　要：医学生学好皮肤性病学的床见习组的学生增多,见习中难以让每个学生都能看清楚示教病例的皮损形态,临床见习质量明显下降.应用皮肤性病科教学彩照像集,让学生在临床见习中根据教学进度或自己的需要随时选取相关内容翻阅,以达到看片识病,加深印象,掌握皮损形态特点的目的,弥补了目前皮肤性病科临床见习方面的不足.The key to good understanding of derrnatovenereology by medical students is to grasp the features of the lesions. Because of the expansion of enrollment, the schedule for observing typical cases in hospital is shortened in some specialties, and the number of students in each group increases. Therefore, it is difficult to enable each student to see the lesions clearly, and the quality of clinical internship decreases obviously. By using color photo albums, students can select related sections to study according to their teaching schedule or their own needs. Students can recognize skin diseases and STDs by observing pictures in the albums. Impressions are deepened and the features of lesions are grasped. So the albums make up for the shortcomings in present clinical internship of dermatovenereology.
