摘 要:载粉末活性炭(PAC)过滤集PAC吸附与过滤于一体,能够应用于微污染原水处理。配水试验结果表明:粒径为1.25-2.5mm,厚度为1000mm的聚苯乙烯滤料层能够用于载PAC过滤。影响过滤效果的主要因素为PAC载量和混凝剂投加量,当混凝剂T3010和聚氯化铝的投加量分别为0.09mg/L和2.5mg/L,PAC载量为2-3g/L滤料时,载PAC过滤处理浊度为20-40NTU的微污染原水的效果达到最佳,对CODMn和浊度都具有很好的去除效果。Z河水作为原水的试验结果表明:载PAC过滤对河水浊度、UV254、CODMn的去除率分别为97%-97.9%、50.9%-63.4%、68.5%-71.4%。Because powdered activated carbon-embedded filtration (PACEF) combined the functions of PAC absorption and mechanical filtration in one reactor, so it will be used for micro-polluted raw water treatment. The experiment was carried on prepared raw water made up by river sludge in a PACEF reactor filled with polystyrene filter media with grain size of 1.25 to 2.5 mm and bed depth of 1 000 mm. The experiment has successful and shown that the factors affecting the filtration effect are coagulants dosages and PAC-embedded density. When PAC-embedded density is 2-3 g/L, and the dosages of coagulants T3010 and polyaluminum chloride are 0.09 mg/L and 2.5 mg/L respectively, best treatment of micro-polluting water with turbidities between 20 and 40 NTU was obtained. The removal rates of both CODMn and turbidity are satisfactory. Furthermore the real river water experiments showed that the average removal rates of turbidity, UV254 and CODMn by PACEF process are 97%-97.9 %, 50.9%-63.4% and 68.5%-71.4% respectively.
