摘　　要：通过系统而全面的文献调研,对建立学科馆员制度的必要性、学科馆员制度建立的具体措施及其完善手段、学科馆员的职责作用、学科馆员的素质要求等进行概括和总结。同时,对目前开展的学科馆员制度理论研究及实践探讨进行评价,并就学科馆员制度的推广及其他相关问题提出见解和建议。On the basis of a systematic study of literature, this paper summarizes the aspects in regard to subject librarians. It is thought in this paper that it is necessary to set up a subject librarian system in China and clearify the roles and responsibilities of subject librarians. In the meanwhile, subject librarians need to meet the requirements for their professional quality. At last, some suggestions are made on how to spread subject librarians system in to the whole country.
