摘  要:目的比较声波与手用器械对弯曲根管预备后的根管偏移程度。方法选择弯曲度为20°~30°的离体上颌磨牙近中颊侧根管100个,随机分为声波器械组和手用器械组(n=50),根据工作长度行逐步后退法根管预备。分别记录原始和每扩大1号(15#、20#、25#)的根管影像并输入计算机,比较距离根尖1、2、3、4mm水平处根管影像中预备后与原始的中点位置,得到偏移数据并进行统计学分析。结果根管预备每扩大1号,两组在距离根尖1、2、3、4mm水平的根管偏移无显著性差异(P>0.05);根管修形完成后,两组在距离根尖2mm和4mm水平处的根管偏移有显著性差异(P<0.05),同时声波器械组根尖部形态与原始根管比较出现偏差。结论声波器械和手用器械的联合应用,有助于提高根管预备的效果。Objective To compare the difference between sonic and hand file instrumentation on apical transportation. Methods One hundred mesio-buccal root canals with 20°-30° curvature, were divided into two groups in random. According to working length, one group was for sonic instrumentation, another was for hand file instrumentation by step-back technique. At the position of 1, 2, 3 and 4 mm distance from the apex, the middle point of the root canal in radiograph, which was taken after each preparation, was measured with that of the original unprepared root canal. Apical transportation was analyzed by t test. Results There was no significant difference between 15#-25# sonic and hand file instrumentation on apical transportation, but during the stage of step-back, there was significant difference at the position of 2 mm and 4 mm distance from the apex between two groups. Conclusion The combined application of sonic and hand file instrumentation was conduced to improve the effect of root canal preparation.
