摘　　要：Internet/Intranet应用的普及和Web技术的发展,为Web工作流管理系统的实现提供了一个理想的平台,而基于Web的工作流管理服务为跨企业的合作与应用集成提供了良好的基础,采用Web技术已成为新一代工作流管理系统的主要特征。本文首先提出了基于Web的工作流管理系统的体系结构,探讨了Web服务器和BizTalk服务器的通讯机制和BizTalk的消息封装机制,讨论了使用BizTalkServer核心技术实现基于Web的工作流管理系统的方法,最后描述了该方法在具体实现一个工作流程中的应用。The rapid growth of Internet/Intranet usage and development of Web technologies provides an ideal platform to construct a workflow management based on Web. And the workflow management services based on Web provides condition for cooperation and applications integration of the multi-enterprises, and it has already become the main characteristic of the next-generation workflow management. In this paper, the communication mechanism between Web server and BizTalk Server and news encapsulation mechanism of BizTalk are discussed after a model of workflow management based on Web is presented. The method that using the key technology of BizTalk Server to realize the workfiow management based on Web is discussed. Finally, it describes the method in the realization of a practical workflow application.
