下颌骨折不锈钢丝与记忆合金钉内固定的疗效观察

摘　　要：本文报告下颌骨折３３例，其中采用不锈钢丝内固定１８例，记忆合金钉内固定１５例。结果：不锈钢丝组１５例，记忆合金钉组１３例疗效满意。两组疗效无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）；并对下颌骨折内固定材料的选择进行了讨论。cases of mandibular fractures were reported in this thesis,Out of them18 cases were treated by internal fixation with steel wire and 15 cases with memory alloypin, The curative effect was satisfied in 15 cases of steel wire group and 13 of memory alloypin group.There is no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). The articlehas discussed the selection of materials for treatment of mandibular fractures.
