摘 要:以鼠龄为28~35天幼年大白鼠建立人工腭裂模型后,经改良的Langenbeck氏法行腭裂成形术,于鼠龄为75~80天成年期处死动物,取上颌牙列模型印模,γ-半水石膏灌模,测量上颌牙列,结果显示手术修复组牙弓宽度明显缩小,牙弓形态角、牙倾斜度均减小,与正常组和未手术修复组相比有高度显著性差异(P<0.01)、本实验结果提示幼年时行腭裂成形术明显影响上颌牙列的正常发育。Abstract The artificial cleft palate model was made in rats aged of 28-35 days,then the palate surgery was performed on with modificatory Langenbeck's method.The animals were killed on aged of 75 ̄80days postoperatively.A impression of maxillary dentition was taken before operation and killing.The plaster models were measured.The results show that the width,angle of arens dentalis and incline of tooth in experimental groups are smallerthan those of mormal and contrast ones(P<0. 01).According to the result,it is suggested thatthe normal growth of maxillary dentition be influenced by palate surgery while operated in younger child.
