摘  要:作者应用凝集素亲和组化法(九种凝集素)对43例13周至38周的髁状突软骨(CMC)进行研究,目的是观察胎儿CMC各部位的特异性糖基及其随胎龄增长的变化。结果显示:ConA、WGA、RCA、PSA、BSL对该组织有反应。ConA、WGA的反应见于整个胎儿期。RCA、PSA在18周出现反应。BSL在22周出现反应,后三者反应均较弱。随着胎龄增长,ConA、PNA、BSL等在CMC不同部位的凝集素结合指数具有显著性或高度显著性差异。29周后CMC最表面出现一连续的RCA阳性细胞带,其反应性质与血管内应相似。Abstract The cartilage of mandibular condyle (CMC) of 43 human fetuses, ranging from 13 to 38 weeks, was studied with lectin-binding histochemical technics (9 biotin-labelled lectins). The results showed that CMC posseed lectin-binding sites for ConA,WGA, PCA, PSA, BSL. The staining of ConA and WGA was existed during the whole fetus stage.The staining of RCA. PSA are found after 18 weeks and BAL after 22 weeks. The staining of RCA,PSA, and BAL was weaker than that of ConA and WGA. The positive reaction of WGA was not only restricted in chondrocyte but also some other portions. In all different age groups, ConA-staining for cells of proliferative zone was statistically significant. An RCA-positive cell zone was shown in the most of the superfacial palt of CMC after 29 weeks. Its characteristic feature of staining in some ways was Just like the reaction of endothelium of blood vessel.
