摘  要:研究了肝硬化(HC)患者血清锌、血清脂质过氧化物一丙二醛(MDA)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的含量及其意义.结果表明,肝硬化患者血清锌明显减低(P<0.0001);MDA明显增加(P<0.001),SOD明显减少(P<0.0001).血清锌含量与血清MDA含量(r=0.167,P>0.05)及SOD含量(r=0.212,p>0.005)皆无相关.结果提示,HC患者补给锌及SOD是必需而有益的.The serum levels and significance of serum Zinc.Lipid peroxide(LPO )-Malondialdeyde(MAD) and activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) were studied in patients with decompensated hepatic cirrhosis(DHC).The results showed that the levels of serum Zinc and SOD were significantly lower(P<0.000 1 and P<0.000 1)and the level of serum MDA was significantly higher(P<0.001) in the DHC group than in the normal contral group.No correlation was shown between serum levels of Zinc and MDA or activity of SOD of patient of the DHC(r=0.167, P >0.05 and r=0.212,P>0.05). Our conclusion is that suppling Zinc and SOD is necessary and useful in the treatment of patients with DHC.
