摘　　要：１９９０年～１９９４年８月，采用日本ＡＬＯＫＡ６５０和１２００型高频超声显像诊断仪，探头频率为７．５ＭＨｚ和１０ＭＨｚ，探讨无创伤性高频超声显像技术检查眼病的优越性，并将其中资料较为完整的８１例作一回顾性分析．其中球内疾病７种７０例，眶内疾病３种１１例，结果表明，高频声象图有一定特征性，为眼球疾病的首选无创性影像诊断方法．From 1990 to August 1994，Japanese Aloka 650（7．5 megahertz proing head）and 1200（10 megahertz） were used to explore the advantages of non－invasive high frequency ultrasonic technique in the examination of ophthalmic diseases．A retrospective analysis was made on 81 cases with relatively complete data．Among them there were 71 cases of intraocular diseases of 7 types and 11 cases of intraorbital diseases of 3 types．The result suggests that the high frequency acoustic image is of certain characteristics and is second to none in non－invasive diagnosis of ophthalmice diseases．
