摘　　要：本文对对开蕨(Phyllitis japonica kom.)根的次生维管组织,进行了解剖学研究,发现其次生维管组织系由比较进化的,含单穿孔、具螺纹加厚的孔纹导管的次生木质部与比较原始的、含延伸细胞的次生韧皮部构成。It was considered in the past that cambium was inactive and thereforeno secondary vascular tissue existed in all plants of Filicales includingfossil plants.In the old roots of Phyllitis japonica Kom,we have foundnot only vessel but also cambium and well-developed secondary vasculartissue,This secondary vascular tissue was reported in detail in the pre-sent paper.
