落叶松栲胶改性酚醛树脂应用研究

摘　　要：落叶松栲胶改性酚醛树脂应用研究刘光远，时君友，姚大地，王喜军，刘永章（吉林林学院吉林１３２０１１）（东北林产工业公司蛟河１３２５００）关键词栲胶，改性，混合比，胶合板，胶合强度我国利用落叶松榨胶制取单宁胶粘剂已有很多研究。７０年代，中国林业科学研究院...This paper briefly reports the prodUction and trial of manufacturing GradeⅠ plywood by using the mixed glue solution that is made from the Phenol-Formaldehyde Resin in which Larix ssp tanning extract is added as a modifier, and discusses the effects of the solution concentraction of the tanning extract, the amount of auxiliary, the molar ratio of PF, the condensation limit, the mixing ratio, the heat-pressing condition etc on the viscosity of glue solution, stability, gluing quality, in general ourline.The results showed that the quality of the produced Grade Ⅰplywood fulfil the standard requirement and greatly lower the cost of the glue.
