喉癌切缘及其喉软骨病理观察

摘　　要：对13例喉癌切除术患者分别从肿瘤边缘外2mm及5mm处切取标本,同时于肿瘤中心部位相连之喉软骨切取标本,光镜下观察各部位之组织切片有无残留肿瘤组织。结果:距肿瘤边缘外2mm及5mm部位切片中有残余肿瘤组织各2例,在肿瘤中心部相连之喉软骨有肿瘤组织4例。并就肿瘤扩展范围的相关因素进行讨论。By light microscope, 13 specimens of total laryngectomy of laryngeal carcinoma were observed,the specimens came from the resection margin which located 2mm and 5mm away from cancer and from laryngeal cartilage which connected with the center of cancer. The result showed that 2 cases of carcinoma residue existed in 2mm and 5mm resected margin respectively and 4 cases of cancer invated cartilage. Some questions about these conditions were discussed.
