摘　　要：报告１１例原发性气管肿瘤患者的临床资料。认为：注重早期诊断，进行综合治疗，以及对肿瘤切除后气管缺损的Ⅰ期修复，是影响气管肿瘤预后的关键因素。并对气管活瓣掀开法术式作了介绍。Abstract Cases of primary tracheal neoplasms were reported. We think that three major objectives are of great importance. The first is earlier diagnosis, the second is to adopt combined therapy, and the third is to repair the tracheal defects at the primary operation. We also introduced the method to raise the tracheal flap.
