支气管囊肿的X线诊断及其组织胚胎学基础

摘　　要：本文分析１６例支气管囊肿的胸部平片、体层、支气管造影、ＣＴ及其手术病理资料，探讨术前影像学误诊的组织胚胎学基础，尤其是肺外支气管囊肿。指出胸部平片和体层依然是这类疾病的首选方法，ＣＴ或ＭＲＩ是必要的补充，特别是对囊肿内容物和囊壁的组织结构的分析是同其他疾患鉴别的关键，临床表现和形态学表现没有明显的特异性。Sixteen cases of bronchogenic cysts were analysed by their chest plane films,tomograms,bronchograms, CT and pathological results,and studied the embryologic basis of misdignosis,especially ectopic bronchogenic cysts.It is proposed that chest plane film and tomogram are the preferential examinations.CT and MRI are the necessary complement to make clear the wall and content of bronchogenic cysts,and to differentiate it from other lesions.It is nonspecific for clinical manifestation and morphology.
