滑膜肉瘤的影像学诊断

摘　　要：本文报告９例经病理证实的滑膜肉瘤的影像学表现，指出Ｘ线平片（９例）、ＣＴ（５例）、ＤＳＡ（２例）表现无特征性；ＭＲＩ（９例）优于上述３种检查，如关节周围软组织Ｔ２Ｗ像上呈多结节状高信号强度，其结节间见低信号强度条块分隔，病变侵犯周围组织，或病变内呈多囊坏死液平时应考虑本病诊断。The image findings in 9 cases of synovial sarcoma proved pathologically were presented.There were no characteristic in plain fllms (nine cases),CT(five cases)and DSA(two cases),but MRI (nine cases) was much usefull in diagnosis. It can be considered the diagnosis of synovial sarcoma if a paraarticular soft tissue tumor indicates multilocular hight signal intensity on T2W, with low signal intensity septa and infiltrative margins,or presents multiple necrotic cysts with fluid-fluid level.
