摘　　要：本文报告经Ｘ线片、手术及病理证实的５例支气管肺类癌，讨论了发病年龄、性别、部位及Ｘ线表现。本病少见，术前很少得到正确诊断。结合文献复习，强调三方面值得注意的问题，可提高术前诊断的准确率。Five cases of bronchial carcinoid tumor of lung proven by surgery and pathology were presented.The incidence,age,sex, position and X-ray manifestations of the disease were disscussed.It was difficult to obtain a correct diagnosis before the operation. In order to increase the diagnostic accuracy before the operation,3 main diagnostic points of bronchial carcinoid tumor of lung were proposed with review of the literature.
