两种类型精神病院住院病人自杀资料分析

摘　　要：对北京两家不同类型精神病院１９６６～１９９０年间１０８例住院病人自杀资料进行分析发现：男性，精神分裂症与情感性障碍患者，病程长，多次住院，住院时间长，既往曾有自杀观念或自杀企图，对婚姻不满，文化程度低，无业，社会支持匮乏以及有阳性精神病家族史等均可能成为自杀的高危因素。自杀与医院管理方式、医疗设施及技术水平等也可能有关。AbstractAnalysis was made of 108 inpatients who committed suicide from 1986 to 1990 in two mental hospi-tals in Beijing.The following risk factors were identified:male sex,diagnosis of schizophrenia and af-fective disorders,multiple admissions,long period of stay,previous suicidal attempt,unhappy mar-iage,low educational level,poor social support and positive family history of disorders,Suicide was al-so associated with the mode of administration,the medical and technical facilties of the hospitals.
