摘　　要：１９６３～１９９３年收治肾癌９７例，占同期肾肿瘤的７０．３％，结合文献对３０年来肾癌的发病、诊断和治疗方法的变迁作了分析，并讨论了影响肾癌预后的诸因素。Abstract Frome 1963 to 1993, of all 97 cases of renal cell carcinoma were treated, approximated about 70. 3% of renal tumors in the same period. In the light of literatures we analysed the incidence of renal cell carcinoma as well as the changes of clinical diagnosis and treatment during the last 30 years.Meanwile, discussed the factors wich influenced the prognosis of renal cell carcinoma.
