白癜风与染色体畸变

摘　　要：对５８例白癜风患者同时进行染色体畸变和自由基清除系统水平的测定。结果表明，白癜风患者染色体断裂和结构重排现象显著增加，同时伴血浆中脂质过氧化物丙二醛的升高和红细胞中超氧化物岐化酶和铜蓝蛋白水平的降低。The levels of chromosomal aberration and free radical scavenge system were determined in 58 patients with vitiligo.The results revealed the marked incnease of chrematid break and chromosome rearrangement,associated with the increase of serum malonadehyde and dectease of ceruloplasmin and superoxide dismutase in RBC.
