摘 要:本文报道应用捏合仪及光电子运动分析技术,对ET和PT病人手指捏合过程中手震颤时TMF、TMA、GTF及GTA四项指标变化的定量研究结果:(1)两组TMF和GTF各项试验中变化很小;TMA及GTA值变化与震颤严重度相一致。(2)ET组总GTA水平高于PT组,其变化不如TMA显著,尤在快运动时;PT组TMA变化通常与捏合强度成比例,运动时GTA变化比TMA更明显。结果提示:(1)此两震颤成分可能源自同一机制。(2)捏合时ET病人手震颤性质可能主要为手指捏合震颤,而PT病人主要为手动作震颤。对其可能的临床价值进行了讨论。Abstract Using grip instrument in combination with optoelectronic movement analysis technique,the authors quantitatively studied the changes of 4 indicators(TMF,TMA,GTA and GTF)in 10 pa- tients. The results revealed that(1)TMF and GTF during various tests had no statistically signifi- cant changes,while TMA and GTA changes were in agreement with respective clinical tremor de- gree of severity;(2)In ET group,general GTA level was higher than that in PT group,and its changes were not so marked as TMA,especially during fast movement;(3)In PT group TMA changes usually were more obvious than that of TMA The results suggest that(1)These two tremor components may originate from the same mechanism;(2)In ET tremor property during grip might mainly be a finger grip tremor other than a finger movement tremor,while in PT,its property一a finger movement tremor.Its possible value for clinical application is briefly dis- cussed.
