摘　　要：本文分析２８例原发性颅内低压综合征的诊断和治疗。全部病例症状典型，均有坐立体位性头痛、项强等。腰穿压力≤０．６８６ｋＰａ，其中３例负压；脑脊液含少许红细胞，蛋白含量增高。经头低脚高位卧床休息，并补给大量低渗液体后，一般３周左右恢复，预后良好。文中讨论了头痛的原因和颅内低压的发病机理。The diagnosis and treatment of 28 cases with idiopathic intracranial hypotension svdrome were analysed.Their symptoms were all classical with headache in upright posture,ner rigidity,etc.The pressures were all low by lumber puncture(≤0. 686 kPa,negative pressure in 3 cases). The cerebrospinal fluid contained small amount of RBC, protein increased. All patients were enforced recumbency and treated with large amount of low osmotic pressure fluid.Most pa-tients recovered abouut 3 weeks. The cause of headache and pathogenesis of intracra nial hypoten-sion were discussed.
